Jerald J. Silverhardt
" I have been a personal manager for 43 years starting in NYC , prior to being a manager he was a young agent in the classical world working at Sol Hurok Presents (the world's most famous Impresario) working with such artists as the legendary Marian Anderson, Leontyne Price, Dame Margot Fonteyn, Rudolf Nureyev ,Marilyn Horne, Patricia McBride & Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux of the New York City Ballet and many others . He then became an agent at Bantam Books working with such authors as Leon Uris (Exodus), Truman Capote, Anais Nin, Ronna Jaffe and Rod Serling, He finally went into theatrical management where he joined Hush Productions where he managed Tony Award Winner and multiple Grammy Award nominee singer Melba Moore. He moved to LA 35 years ago.

Jerry Silverhardt is a respected talent manager and producer who has a great ability to open doors and groom performers. Tom Cruise, Dylan McDermott, Gabrielle Anwar, Richard Grieco and Carmine Giovinazzo (“CSI New York”) are but a few of the actors whose careers he helped launch. Jerry has produced several network shows, most memorably, “Marker,” for UPN starring Richard Grieco which was created and Executive Produced by Stephen J. Cannell. He has also produced or co-produced television movies for Fox Broadcasting Network ”Born To Run” and “Ultimate Deception”USA Network, and many more. He was most recently was a producer series , “All The Right Moves” Oxygen Television with World of Wonder starring two time Emmy Award Winning Choreographer & 7 time nominee Travis Wall of “So You Think You Can Dance”, also in the show was Nick Lazzarini, the first season winner of "So You Think You Can Dance"

My clients include Marina Sirtis of Star Trek The Next Generation fame as Deanna Troi and currently recurring on season 3 of Star Trek Picard, Brendan Wayne the grandson of John Wayne is a series regular on The Mandalorian , he also will be seen in the Book of Bobo Fett. Tracy Gray
Tracy Gray was a model, singer, and actress since the age of 5. The daughter of a modeling and acting school owner and a photographer/ video producer, she literally grew up in the business. By her late teens, she was already training runway models. Working side by side with the acting coaches, she realized she was drawn to the personalities of actors. Acting coaching became a primary focus in her early twenties, with mentors such as the coaches of Paul Newman, Dustin Hoffman, and a Producer of the original “Saturday Night Live”,” National Geographic Kids” and “Sesame Street”.

Ms. Gray’s modeling students have signed with Boss Models NYC, BMG Miami, CMG, Alexis Talent, Posche Models, MC2, World of Kids, Funny Faces NY and with Click. They have appeared in Seventeen Magazine and have walked Paris and Miami runways for Miami International Fashion Week, Versace, Helmut Lang and Dolce and Gabanna. They have appeared on Billboards and national print ads for To Be Too clothing, Nike, Wal-Mart, Kohl’s and Pottery Barn to name a few.

Ms. Gray’s acting students have gone on to Los Angeles to sign with agencies such as William Morris Endeavor and The Gold Agency. They have made videos featured by Oprah’s No Phone Zone movement, have been chosen multiple times as “The Dray Kid” by Irene Drayer (Executive Producer of “The Suite Life on Deck”). Her talents have appeared on “Burn Notice”, “The Glades”, “House”, “Magic City”, “The Hardy Bucks” (an Irish Sitcom), “CSI”, “Bloodline”, “Ballers”, and “Good Luck Charlie”, “Ozark”, “Grand Hotel” as well as feature films “Jack and Jill”, “Rock of Ages”, “Jack Reacher 2”, and “Dolphin Tale”. One student was a series regular on “Gracepoint” on ABC.

Tracy Gray added the hat of agent to her accomplishments when she realized the desire to assist talent no matter where she resides. Gray Models and Talent was born.
She is the Editor of MOD L magazine and Owner/ Talent Agent with Gray Models and Talent, LLC. and Five Star Modeling and Talent, LLC.

Ms. Gray is an activist for anti-bulling and is a member of the Peace Coalition. Ms. Gray offers coaching in Modeling and Acting with her sister company, Five Star Talent and Productions Nationally via webcams with her Get Real Program.

She lived in Naples, FL for 20 years and has a family of four children, and now resides in NC with her fiancé, Grammy Winning Recording Producer/ Sound Engineer, Howard Lindeman.
Robert Blume
Robert R Blume is a veteran producer of Television, Film, Theatre and Concerts, who was an Executive Producer of the Annual DRAMA DESK AWARDS (the “Golden Globes” of theatre) from 1999 until 2018, with many of the shows on PBS and/or Livestream. He is also a noted talent manager with a prestigious client list. He has produced and talent managed under the aegis of his company, Step Forward Entertainment, whose main office is in New York with satellite offices in Los Angeles and Florida.
Currently, Mr. Blume, in partnership with David Havins, is an Executive Producer of a new feature film, THE JOLLY CORNER, an adaptation of a Henry James novel to be directed and produced by Monica Tidwell; he is producing with Pat Labez, a one-man comedy show written by and starring Chris Fuller, which deals with mental health, CHEESE FRIES & CHILI DIPS, that has had several developmental productions in New York and Connecticut prior to its initial commercial run at the Seven Angels Theatre in Waterbury, CT in November, 2023; he has in development, a stage play, THE INTERRUPTED JOURNEY based on the best-selling book by John G. Fuller about the true story of an alien abduction in the 1960’s which is anticipated to star Richard Pryor Jr. as Barney Hill; a TV series based on the Indie short film he was Executive Producer on, CHILDISH DREAM TALES: The Mess Up Room (Amazon Prime). The film, now edited to be a 22-minute TV pilot, can be seen on the new streaming TYL Network, where Mr. Blume also serves as VP of Entertainment for the fledgling company. In recent years, Mr. Blume produced several concerts both live and virtual, which include two concerts on the Metropolitan Zoom virtual nightclub platform out of New York titled LOVE SPRINGS ETERNAL starring the duo of Kea Chan and Kayla Merrow with Bobby DeLeon on keyboards and a concert titled LOOKING TOWARDS TOMORROW featuring a female singing trio comprised of Kea Chan, Kayla Merrow Denise Kara with Justin Senense and Bobby DeLeon on keyboards. He also has 2 concerts streaming as a benefit for The Entertainment Community Fund (formerly known as the Actors Fund), STEPPIN’ FORWARD TO VIRTUALLY CELEBRATE THE MUSIC OF THE LEGENDARY NEIL SEDAKA which features his clients and special friends performing the music of rock legend, Neil Sedaka from their homes with Mr. Sedaka appearing at the beginning of the concert with some personal introductory remarks; and ASIAN ARTISTS STEP FORWARD at THE GREEN ROOM 42 in NYC which featured the top Asian talent under his management as a Live concert then reformatted for streaming and hosted by Valerie Smaldone.

He is proud to have been a 20-year Tony voter as a member of THE BROADWAY LEAGUE and is currently in his 21styear as a DRAMA DESK AWARDS voter. He is also an Advisory Board Member of the DUKE ELLINGTON CENTER FOR THE ARTS and a consultant to BROADWAY CHINA production company created to bring arts from America to China. However, he is most proud of his commitment to bring awareness to the mental health problem affecting our country by launching, with Pat Labez and others, the not for profit International Mental Health Foundation. www.intlmentalhealth.org
Howard Lindeman
Howard “Howie” Lindeman started at The Record Plant recording studios NYC in 1974. His career as a Producer and Recording Engineer placed him in such prestigious studios as The Hit Factory NYC, RCA Studios NYC , Soundtrack Studios, Magic Venture Studios and then George Benson’s Lahaina Sound, Maui as Studio Manager.

Mr. Lindeman has acquired six Grammy Awards and The Golden Reel Award for his exceptional talent while working in studio with such artists as Foreigner, Roberta Flack, and Stephanie Mills. He has also been seen as FOH Engineer for live performances of The Rolling Stones, Blondie, Natalie Cole, and most recently, Michael Bolton, and Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo.
Howie Lindeman has currently joined forces with John Davenport at his recording studio, Deep River Sound, as of 2018. Their lifelong friendship began at The Hit Factory in New York and will now blend their expertise at the beautiful retreat style facility, Deep River Studios in Sanford, North Carolina.
Howard is also available independently for recording or mix projects and FOH live performance bookings.
